Top Jar LLC is an accounting and consulting firm focused on helping organizations achieve their accounting needs, manage their risks and meet operational effectiveness.  We work with companies of all sizes; from owner managed businesses to the largest publicly traded global companies.

Our team has experience with ethics and compliance, external audit, internal audit, forensic accounting and business accounting.  Our most important goal is to listen to and understand our client’s needs so that we can help them meet their objectives and strategies.  To do this, we work with our clients to find the right approach, goals and scope for each project.

Top Jar was started in early 2014 by its Managing Member and Principal Phil Bach to perform forensic accounting engagements.  He started the business after working for over 20 years at a variety of CPA firms of different sizes.  After a short period of time, the firm expanded to include several strategic partners and expanded its service offerings.

And if you’re curious, the name “Top Jar” comes from the first letter of Phil’s children’s names (Jeremy, Aaron and Raquel).
